Level I
Building site conditions
Building envelope, exterior walls, roof and basic structure
Interior finishes, condition and function
Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical systems
Office facelift
Replacement of inefficient windows or doors
 
Level II
Independent 3rd party will complete report similar to Level I, but with more detail and an impartial response.
New Vision will conduct interview with facility manager and determine priorities and future expectations.
Provide report from independent resource and budgets for repairs or renovations. Complete estimates for repairs determined to be priority.
 
Level III
Involves a combination or design build and Level II. We would complete a Level II evaluation as outlined, plus:
Create a floor plan, elevation and site plan of facility.
Prepare preliminary alteration or addition plan.
Provide preliminary budgets and recommendations for alteration or addition.
